This tool from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency displays the number of people living in designated nonattainment and maintenance areas for each National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), based on the latest U.S. Census data. It also displays the individual counties in nonattainment and maintenance areas on an interactive map. It is a tool that agencies can use to develop State Implementation Plans (SIPs) that may be submitted through the E-Enterprise SPeCS for SIPs tool.
