Factsheets on Water Quality Parameters

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) developed these water quality parameter factsheets to provide an introduction to monitoring common parameters; Temperature, Dissolved Oxygen, pH, Turbidity, Macroinvertebrates, E. coli, Nutrients, Habitat Assessment and Metals. They are particularly useful for training new water quality monitoring staff and explaining water quality sampling to outside partners.
