This Charter for the E-Enterprise Leadership Council (EELC) describes the roles and responsibilities of the Council as the joint leadership body for E-Enterprise for the Environment. The document identifies the structure and membership of the EELC and its relationship to other E-Enterprise governance bodies and workgroups. The Charter also specifies meeting frequency, voting procedures, and other provisions.
The Charter was originally signed among the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and states in 2013 and then amended in 2016 to include Tribal representatives.
