DW-SFTIES Executive Steering Committee Charter

The DW-SFTIES Executive Steering Committee (ESC) Charter formally acknowledges the initiation of the Drinking Water State-Federal-Tribal Information Exchange System (DW-SFTIES) development project and defines the roles and responsibilities of the DW-SFTIES ESC members. The ESC is responsible for approving the initial project plan, to approve significant changes to the project plan, and to be the place to conduct internal EPA management communications/decision-making over the life of the project.
