DW-SFTIES Concept of Operations

This Concept of Operations (CONOPS) is both an analysis and a formal document that describes how the Drinking Water State-Tribal-Federal Information Exchange System (DW-SFTIES) and associated components (applications, webservices, etc.) will operate to achieve business, functional, and technical requirements. The purpose of this CONOPS is to describe DW-SFTIES in terms of the user needs it will fulfill, explain its relationship to existing systems or procedures, and provide primacy agencies with the information needed to begin planning for transition to the system.
